Call for Companies: Business Opportunity with a leading Chinese Medical Devices Company

The company (name will be disclosed later in the process) is seeking to find companies in different product phases, with:

Mature product/technology in the field of:

IVD products: specifically sequencing, molecular diagnosis, digital PCR,  pathology,  microbiological detection, molecular microbiology and small sequencing instrument(POCT sequencing )

Instrument components/materials including:

Tubular needle, liquid path sensing system, light source(optical splitting system), TIP, HD CCD camera, chromatographic column, power, filter

Biological raw materials including:

Antigen, antibody, latex, enzyme, fluorescent microsphere, streptavidin, magnetic beads, positive control, positive serum, eukaryotic expression platform, protein sequencing and expression platform

 

For collaboration either by:

– Importing products and technologies (including purchasing IP, buying shares and M&A, etc.);
Distribution;
– Setting up a JV factory;
– Investment (invest in products and technologies in all phases);
– Co-research

The company has about 1400 employees and revenues of 172 Million USD. The company focuses on: In-Vitro Diagnostic products development, manufacture, marketing and service. It has developed several technology platforms to cover product lines in the area of Clinical Chemistry, Chemiluminescence Immunoassay, POCT, Hemostasis Coagulation and Molecular Diagnostics.
