After the great success of our Meetup sessions in June and August, we are organizing a new session to show:

– Understanding Convertible Instruments (SAFE, convertible loans, etc.)

– How to determine a pre-money value for startups

We are going to address 2 major concerns for both founders and investors:

  1. a) Understanding what a convertible instrument is and key points to know when negotiating
  2. b) What should be a reasonable pre-money value of your startup?

Part 1: Explaining and tips on negotiating Convertible Instruments

Part 2: How to valuate a startup, using 2 real- life case studies
