The 11th IATI MNC Forum Annual Meeting
Jan. 23, 2025The annual and prestigious meeting of the IATI Multinational Companies Forum was recently held in a special setting, in the presence of the President of the State of Israel, Mr. Isaac Herzog.
Multinational companies operating in Israel play a central role in the high-tech industry, employing approximately 30% of the workforce in the sector. They are key partners in the growth of the Israeli economy and are instrumental in maintaining Israel’s competitive edge as a global innovation hub.
This year’s meeting focused on strengthening industrial and business resilience, alongside the importance of a stable regulatory environment that will enable companies to continue growing and developing cutting-edge technologies. We chose to emphasize the professional and official nature of this gathering, which is why we decided to hold the annual meeting at the President’s Residence in Jerusalem. This distinguished setting symbolizes the supreme importance of international and innovative dialogue beyond any political dispute. The choice of venue reflects the recognition that such a significant international arena is a cornerstone of the local economy and Israel’s global strength.
IATI remains committed to advancing Israel’s innovation industry, fostering collaboration between multinational companies, startups, venture capital funds, academia, and regulators to ensure the continued growth of Israeli high-tech.

Accepting the Terms of Use
By accessing and using the IATI website (the “Website”) or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use where this option is available, you accept and undertake these Terms of Use and you signify your agreement to and intent to be bound by these Terms of Use. The content of the Website, including, without limitation, text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, animations, designs, user interface (“Content”) and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (“Marks”), are owned or licensed in by IATI, and you hereby agree not to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit them for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written approval by IATI and its licensors. IATI distributes and publishes content supplied by third parties. IATI has no control over such content and, without derogating from Section 4 below, IATI assumes no warranty with respect to such content.

Purchase of Products and Payments
Subject to any applicable law, you may place an order for a product, service or association membership fee through the Website only if you are at least 18 years old. All such transactions at the website are secured according to PCI international standard by Net Pay Ltd., IATI’s payment service provider. Payment becomes due and owing immediately after the order is placed. Our cancellation policy for orders of products, services or association membership fee is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Act, 1981, except in transactions where section 14c(d) of the act is applicable.
Association membership will take effect upon completion of payment in accordance with the IATI Articles of Association and subject thereto.
Without derogating from Sections 4 and 5, IATI will not be liable for any failure, delay, expense or loss incurred by you which is beyond IATI’s reasonable control.
General
The IATI Website shall be deemed solely based in Israel and shall be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over IATI, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than Israel. These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any claim or dispute between you and IATI that arises in whole or in part from the Website shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located Tel-Aviv, Israel. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and IATI’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. With respect to any person other than registered users, IATI reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use for any changes. All correspondence, negotiations and proceedings related to this Agreement will be in the English language only.
